What is a "Rotating Bulletin"?

For those of you who are unfamiliar with this term, it refers to one very large (14' x 48') billboard unit, which does not stay at a stationary location for the entire year.
Instead, it is rotated, to other fresh locations periodically. The design is usually seen at 4 locations per year, and each time the board is moved, the advertiser is notified.
When you ride the market and see the billboards that are in our inventory, you will notice several things:
  • They are are all at outstanding locations
  • They are all brightly lit at night
  • They are all positioned perfectly on monopoles
  • They are dominant in size and height

Please note: It is possible (though not likely) that some of these locations could be omitted from our inventory, in the event that they are sold to another advertiser as a "directional" (which are stationary and not rotating).
